My Grant and Scholarship Account
You will now be redirected to the myAlaska page to authenticate your identity prior to proceeding to the Alaska Student Aid Portal (ASAP). From the myAlaska page, you will need to click on the ACPE Student Aid Portal to continue.
Note that there is an exception to the myAlaska age requirement for high school students who are required to create their own profile in order to gain secure access to the Alaska Student Aid Portal (ASAP) to manage individual Alaska Performance Scholarship (APS) and Alaska Education Grant (AEG) information.
After authenticating your identity, you will be redirected to ASAP, where you will have the option to:
- Submit an online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is the application for both the AEG and APS. Students attending non-Title IV schools will also have the ability to submit an alternative application via ASAP. The application deadline is June 30 for the AEG and the APS. Please be advised that until we have an application on record for you, your APS eligibility data will not be displayed on the portal.
- Review your eligibility for an AEG or APS award. Check back in late July to determine whether you meet the initial eligibility requirements for APS and determine your funding level.
- Transfer your grant or scholarship award to a different institution.
- Verify your award amount. Check back late summer to determine the amount you have been initially awarded for the current academic year.
- Track your grant and scholarship usage to date and determine your remaining eligibility.
- Verify that you meet the continuing eligibility requirements necessary to receive subsequent terms of grant/scholarship funds.
- Update your contact information to ensure grant and scholarship-related notices are sent to your proper mailing address.
AEG and APS funds will be disbursed to you directly from your institution. Note that students must meet enrollment requirements and continuing eligibility requirements to receive funds disbursement.
